Application

transmission jack are used for loading and transporting components such as gearboxes, engine front and rear axles.

Treatment method: first check if the pressure reducing valve is closed,if still depressurized or not rising after closing,then check the reverse side of the spring base loosen the hexagon socket head bolt to remove the spring and steel ball ,then use a suction rod to check if there is iron filings inside.Finally, the steel balls and springs are installed in turn.

1. Be sure not exceed the rated capacity 1660LB
2. Be to load firmly on center of the transmission jack. If not, adjust the handle to close it.
3. After putting the load on it. Used safety chain
4. When lifting load, need work it, must use the safety stand.
5. There must be enough oil in the cylinder so that the cylinder can operate regularly.
6. When removal the transmission jack, the saddle unit must be at the lowest position
7. Keep the removal parts to avoid rusted.
